Shakopee students earn recognition at Minnesota DECA State Career Development Conference.
73 students from Shakopee High School DECA participated in the annual Minnesota DECA State Career Development Conference in Minneapolis, MN, March 2-4, 2025. Shakopee had 23 students advance to finals, with 3 double qualifying.
Students receiving state recognition and advancing to the International Career Development Conference include:
Dhruva Chakravarthula- Principles of Marketing, 5th place
Emerson Duncan- Restaurant and Food Service Management, 2nd place
Shrihan Avilala – Entrepreneurship Series, 3rd place
