Physical Exams are required by the Minnesota State High School League in order to be able to participate. Exams are good for three years and MUST be turned in to the Activities Office before the first day of official practice in order for an athlete to be cleared. Please note that we need a "Sports Physical", not a "Well Child Check".

Most parents and students prefer to use their primary physician for these exams, but it is not required by our office to do so. Below are places in the metro that offer free or reduced costs physical exams.
