Once again, we have partnered with Training Haus to run all of our strength and conditioning programs. The sessions will remain at Shakopee High School and our athletic coaches will still be involved, however the program itself will be run under the direction of the Training Haus Head Coach. 

Registration will open MAY 1ST. The program itself will start June 12th and run until August 11th. 

Sessions will run as follows:

9-12th grade only M/T/W/TH cost $200

Open lifting (non team related) are welcome to sign up for any time slots 8:30am or later. 

Session 1: 6:30-8:00am (9-10th grade Football , Wrestling)

Session 2: 7:00-8:30am (11-12th grade Football, Wrestling)

Session 3: 8:30-9:30am (Open to all 9-12; BHKY, GBB, VB, Dance)

Session 4: 9:30-10:30am (Open to all 9-12; BBB, GHKY, CC, Softball)

Session 5: 10:30-11:30am (Open to all 9-12; Track & Field, Baseball, Boys & Girls Soccer)

 

Additionally, we will be offering two Saber Readiness sessions. These sessions will be held at the Shakopee High School in the main weight room. Please be aware that these sessions are limited and are first come, first serve.

Readiness sessions are as follows:

6-8th grade only M/W cost $150

MS Session 1: 9:30-10:30am (Open to all 6-8)

MS Session 2: 10:30-11:30am (Open to all 6-8)

 

As a reminder, there are no wait lists for our Summer Program. If a session is full, please choose a different session if another one works for you. We are not able to exceed numbers due to safety and a buffer has automatically been built in to the registration system knowing that some students will change or drop sessions. 

 

New this year, we are offering an Alumni session for any Alumni that are currently competing at the college or professional level. The fee is $250 and athletes can contact Regan for times.
