All non Shakopee attendees will need to have a Guest Form approved by the Activities Office before a Guest Ticket Code will be provided to purchase tickets with. Guest must be in at least 9th grade and under the age of 21. 

The link below must be filled out by an Administrator at the guest's current school. The link should be emailed to the Admin with the request that they fill it out for the Shakopee Prom. Once they fill it out, a confirmation email will be sent to the Admin to confirm that it was actually filled out by them, not a student or teacher.  If an Admin does not fill out the form, the request for a code will be denied. 

Once confirmed, a code will be emailed to the guest or Shakopee student for their guest.  The code will be sent to the email provided on the Guest Form. No guest will be admitted without prior approval, even with a purchase of ticket. Guest Names must match on tickets and approval forms. 

The Guest Form will open April 8th and close April 30th.
