2023 SEASON CALENDAR IS UPLOADED (SUBJECT TO CHANGES)
Registration for the 2023 Season will open the last week in July and will close on Friday 8/11/23. Please register through SHS Activities page. A current physical must be on file with the activities office prior to the 1st day of practice.
Basic Requirements for Swimmers:
* Able to do all 4 strokes. Please consider joining a swim club over the summer if you do not have a background in competitive swimming.
* Able to swim 4,000+ yards at each practice, 6 days a week
* All practices and meets are mandatory, we practice Monday through Saturday. Season begins mid-August and ends at the end of October for JV - Varsity practices 2-3 weeks beyond that.
Once we see our registration numbers we will announce whether tryouts will be necessary. Tryouts will take place the 2nd day of practice in the morning.
