Fall Camp will begin on Aug. 12th and run for 2 weeks. M/W/F will be long practice days, with T/H being shorter practice days.
M/W/F will run from 6:45am-2pm, T/H will run from 6:45 AM to 11 am. This is NOT ALL PRACTICE TIME!!! Each day will start with Meetings/Walk Throughs. There will also be a break in the middle of long practice days where you can bring something to eat and drink in the school while we cool off and go over film/installs.
Be prepared everyday with:
Proper equipment/mouth guard
Something to eat and drink during break
Tennis shoes for indoor sessions/lifting (YOU NEED THESE EVERY SINGLE DAY!)
Dry clothes for break/second practice if you want them.
