Information Needed

This is for Players and Parents of current 7th-11th graders.

We are currently one of the few athletic programs in the school not utilizing our strength coach Regan and the high school weight room. This is an area we need to improve in as a program. We have started this in the past a few times  and it did not stick for a multitude of reasons. This needs to be a combined effort between Regan, our staff, and  the players/parents to follow through with this for our program. Many of the other programs we play follow a plan in their HS weight room. Regan is one of, if not the best, around as is our facility.  Regan will cater the program to be Golf specific, working to make your swing more explosive. This is also huge for injury prevention and keeping stamina throughout the season.  We believe the group of kids we have in the program right now are the right ones to help us set the standard and expectations of the program going forward as not just golfers, but athletes. We will be starting this summer, continuing on into the school year, and will have set times throughout the season as well. For those of you that have watched the Full Swing series or have talked to college golfers, you have heard and seen that this is something the best golfers do to give them an edge on their opponents.
