The Shakopee High School Softball Program typically consists of 9th-12th grades; however, 7th and 8th-grade students may try out for the HS teams if they would like to. Please note that 9th grade and JV teams will be capped at no more than 15 players. Players are selected based on their skills, as well as the positional needs of each team. Although 7th and 8th graders may try out, they are not guaranteed a spot on a team. The season for this level starts in mid-March and goes until mid-June. Teams will be announced after tryouts are completed.

Tryouts will be held the week of March 9th. Time and Location TBD.

Please ensure the athlete is registered and has a current sports physical on file with the athletics office.
