Shakopee Ticket Information

Tickets for Shakopee High School events are sold online only. Please click the link below to purchase your ticket. We highly recommend purchasing ahead of time to ensure an easy entrance into our events!

We encourage all fans purchasing tickets to do it well in advance. Fans should have their tickets pulled up on their phones before they get to the venue to expedite the check in process. IDs should also be out and ready before you get to the doors or gates! 

Tickets are required for entry to the following Varsity Events:

Football
Volleyball
Swim and Dive (Boys & Girls)
Soccer (Boys & Girls)
Basketball (Boys & Girls)
Hockey (Boys & Girls)
Wrestling

For these games, if JV plays at the same site directly before the Varsity, tickets are required for the JV games as well. They are not required if JV is at a different site or plays on a different day. Entry to 9th and 10th grade games is typically always free.

We encourage all fans to purchase their tickets online well in advance. Please have your tickets ready on your phone before you get to the doors or gates in order to expedite the scanning process. 

Please be aware that there is NO RE-ENTRY at any of our events.

We also stop entry at halftime or the halfway mark of any varsity game. Fans entering late run the risk of not being able to enter at all. 


GoFan

New for Fall of 2025, Shakopee will be using GoFan for tickets and passes. This will require some changes, especially as far as passes are concerned for students. Students will need to download a season pass on to their device (or their parent's device) as well as show their ID for free entry into games.

Passes will be available starting August 18th in the GoFan app. Every student will be able to enter their ID number to download the season pass for free. Each ID number will only be able to be used once and student passes are non-transferable. Once a pass is used at an event, it is no longer able to be used again at the same event. 

K-8 Passes

Students in K-8 will have a specific season pass available to download in the Go Fan app that can be added to their device or a parent's device. Accounts are able to be on multiple devices, however each pass will only be able to redeemed once per event no matter how many devices it is shared on.  

 

K-8 has their own pass because those students MUST have an adult with them at our events. Those in K-8 that show up without the correct pass or without an adult will be denied entry. When downloading the pass, student ID numbers will be entered in order to receive the pass. If you are downloading a pass for your student and don't know their ID number, you can find it in Infinite Campus or on their ID card. The ID numbers are entered in the "Access Code" box.

9-12 Passes

9-12th grade students will have their own season pass available to download in the Go Fan app that can be added to their device or a parent's device. Ticket Prices

Single game tickets are available ONLINE ONLY.  There are no ticket sales at the door for Shakopee events. 

Ticket prices for all regular season single home athletic events are $5.00 for students and $7.00 for adults. For major events (tournaments) the daily fee will be $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for students. There is a $1 processing fee on all tickets sold for our events. 

Ticket prices for all post season single home athletic contests will be determined by the Region/ Section.


Shakopee Student ID

For Shakopee home events only, "students" will be considered grades kindergarten through college. Shakopee students in K-8th grade will get in for FREE with their downloaded pass, student ID and adult chaperone. Shakopee students in grades 9-12 will get in for FREE with their downloaded pass and student id.

Season passes must be downloaded on the Go Fan app and match the name on the student ID. ID's will be issued to all students during the first month of school and are also available on each student's Infinite Campus portal.  Additionally, a previous year's ID will work as long as the student is currently enrolled in a Shakopee school.

Students will only gain free entry for regular season events. Post season events will have a student admission fee. 


Shakopee Staff ID

For Shakopee home events only, all Shakopee Public Schools district staff receive free admission (plus one guest) to all regular season events. Staff member may select the Staff Pass on GoFan and enter their staff ID as the access code.  Staff members must show a valid staff ID with the pass as well as accompany the guest. 

The staff member on the badge must be present in order for their pass and badge to be used. 

Staff will only gain free entry for regular season events. Post season events will have an admission fee.

Activities Passes

Activity season passes for adults are $120 or may be earned by volunteering to work three shifts for Shakopee home athletic events. The passes may be used for all regular season home athletic events (excludes post season events) plus one admission to the fall musical and one admission to the spring play. 

Activity passes issued to adults are NOT to be used by students for admission to events. Passes are valid only for the person issued the pass. 

Seniors (age 62 or older) that are not residents may purchase an activity pass for $90. 

Those that have earned a free season pass or purchased a pass through a fundraiser may reach out to the Activities Office for a promo code to download one at no cost.

Lifetime Passes

Senior citizens (age 62 or older), who are residents of the Shakopee School District, may request a "lifetime" free pass from the Activities  or the District Office.

The passes may be used for all regular season home athletic events plus admission to our drama productions. All p
ost season events will have an admission fee.

Those who qualify for a lifetime pass may visit the Shakopee High School or the District Office during normal business hours to pick up their pass. Please make sure to bring a photo ID so we are able to verify your information!


GoFan App

Instructions:

Download the GoFan app. You will want the fan app, not the box office app. 

Once downloaded, create an account if you don't have one already. Then, search for Shakopee and favorite them! 

  • For Tickets- 
    • Purchase any single game tickets you want in the app and the app will save them for you! 
    • If you want to purchase online without the app, you can do that as well. They will email the tickets to you and you just need to click to view them on your phone. 
    • Please note that tickets are NOT printable. 
    • Do not click to redeem your tickets until you are at the gate.

 

  • For Season Passes-
    • Passes are stored in the app and there will be a pass for each regular season home event!
    • Do not click to redeem your pass until you are at the gate.
    • Passes are good for one redemption at each event. 
    • Student and Staff should use their ID numbers as access codes for their free passes.

  • I'm a student/ staff member... what is my access code? 
    • your student/ staff ID number
  • My Student goes to SACS- do they get in?
    • Yes! SACS provided us their student ID numbers for access codes as well. If you do not know your ID number, please reach out to your school!
  • My K-8 student doesn't have a phone and wants to go with a friend's parent. How do they get in?
    • As long as they are with an adult, we will accept a screenshot of their pass with their matching ID at the gate. 
  • My access code won't work- it says I have used my code too many times or that I'm not verified. How do I fix this?
    • Sometimes when an access code has been entered, but not put into a cart the cache system will stall or time out. Please either try again on another device or wait 15 minutes, then try again on the same device. 
  • I started school in Shakopee after September, so my ID number isn't showing up in GoFan. What do I do?
    • Reach out to the Activities Office! We will verify your ID and add it to the system. Games started in August so we had to pull IDs very early this year. Once we add it to the system, you will be able to download your pass!
